A “51% attack” happens when one miner or group of miners gains control of more than half of a blockchain’s computing power and uses it to spend the same coins twice. In June 2014, the mining pool GHash.IO reached those levels. Before this incident, a 51% attack was only a theoretical possibility, especially for Bitcoin. However, this event made the threat of such an attack a real concern. #Bitcoin #MiningPool #51PercentAttack #BitcoinNetwork #HashRate â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” Connect with us on Social Media ð¦Twitter https://twitter.com/merchant_token ðTelegram https://t.me/MTOOFFICIAL â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â” â ï¸ Importa
